At 23:13 on 2018-12-29 the Everett office lost power from the local utility. At that time the Snohomish County PUD was reporting 2306 customers without power in the nearby vicinity of the office. Power was restored at 23:59 and all systems returned to normal operation shortly thereafter. This event was preceded by a very brief 3-minute network interruption at 22:31. Upon calling Wave Broadband they were able to determine only that their local routing equipment had power-cycled but for an unknown reason.
